If you don’t have a Maintenance Management contract with ACDC, these issues remain your responsibility and the answers will have a major impact on your overall operations. Not only financially but also on the safety of your equipment and staff.

A planned preventative maintenance program can prevent your equipment from unexpected failures. By scheduling regular maintenance work and inspections, we will help to prevent equipment from breakdowns thus reducing production down time and potential safety issues before they arise. All machinery will have detailed reports issued on completion of work carried out.

A thermograph inspection is ideal for carrying out electrical safety inspections, whether to find a loose connection or a potential overloaded component in your electrical panel.

Servicing includes:

• Inspection and adjustment to all types of brakes
• Inspection to all electrical parts
• Inspection to all mechanical elements
• Inspection to ropes, rope guides, sheaves etc
• Grease all mechanical parts as required
• Operational checks to all limits
• Detailed reports including pictures
